1. Introduction and Consent

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on ku9l, the user must provide accurate and complete information. ku9l reserves the right to cancel accounts registered with false or incomplete information.

• Each individual may operate only one account.
• Account information must be kept accurate and up to date.
• Account login credentials (password, PIN) must be kept strictly confidential.
• Operating an account on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure the security of their account. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, inform our support team immediately. ku9l will never ask for a user's password.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Creating multiple accounts from the same individual, household, or device is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in all accounts being closed, and all bonuses and winnings may be cancelled.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on the ku9l platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300.

• Only deposits from a payment account registered in the user's own name are accepted.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
• Deposit amounts will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour after successful verification.

• Withdrawals will only be returned via the original deposit method.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is accepted on the ku9l platform.

ku9l offers new users a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the amount earned from the bonus can be withdrawn after wagering 15 times the bonus amount.

• Wagering must be completed within a specified time limit.
• Some games may contribute differently to wagering calculations.
• Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Misusing the bonus system, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting any manipulation will result in the relevant account being closed and all bonuses and associated winnings being cancelled.
